You have to love  March Madness.  It makes you do crazy things.

For example…

I love football.  I watch every NCAA and NFL game I possibly can.  I read every article I can get my hands on.  I keep up with trade rumors, free-agent signings and recruiting.  However, I very rarely bet on football.

Then along comes March Madness.  I have watched maybe 3 games all season (all of them Alabama games) and I am filling out brackets and entering as many office pools as I can at $5 a pop.

Only March Madness can make me bet on a sport I don’t watch, when I don’t even bet on the sport I follow religiously.

Go figure.

Looks like Google is in for what I would guess is the first of many such lawsuits.  Granted, this may be the biggest, but I still think Google will get whacked with a ton of lawsuits.  I really don’t think Google thought through the YouTube acquisition.  YouTube was ripe for copyright infringement lawsuits.  And now they are getting sued for copyright infringement.

Surely they saw this coming.

Why the hell would you ever try this???

There is contestant on this season’s American Idol by the name of Sanjaya Malakar.  This contestant is competing as a male contestant, however there is no way Sanjaya is a male.  Sanjaya is a female.  There is no other explanation for the haircut, the ear raings, for the overall look.  On tonight’s Idol, I thought that when they revealed their secret that Sanjaya would reveal that he was actually a woman.  And if that did happen, I would not have been surprised.

There are a few interesting contestants this season.  There is a male contestant named Sundance and there is another male contestant that I swear is Jack Osborne.
